Welcome to SingYoga, where Yoga Asanas meet sound resonance, breath awareness and mindfulness. This monthly membership not only offers you these benefits but also gives you a supportive space to discuss common challenges in the singing world, such as perfectionism, external pressures, fears, and comparison. SingYoga gives you the tools to create easy routines to do at home or on tour, to get closer to yourself and accept your feelings, while helping you feeling present and avoid to perform in auto-pilot.
