The
Moving
Voice

An embodied yoga practice
for singers for a free,
resilient, and truly
sustainable voice.

For singers, voice students & singing teachers
who are ready to stop surviving
and start feeling at home
in their own voice and body.

Does this sound familiar?

Maybe everything looks fine on the outside. The performances, your daily life as student, the auditions, the singing technique, the career.
But inside, something is off. Tension. Pressure. Exhaustion. Disconnection.

01
You push through performances while battling neck tightness, acid reflux, or chronic fatigue — and you wonder how long you can keep going like this.
02
You know technique isn't everything, but nobody taught you what to do with the emotions, the anxiety, the emptiness after a production ends.
03
You feel alone on this path. There is pressure to appear strong, certain, unfazed, while inside you are quietly asking: "is this really sustainable?"

What if the answer isn't to push harder — but to start listening?

From surviving to thriving — in your voice, your body, your career.

The Moving Voice is a monthly membership built around one conviction: a singer who feels present, grounded and connected in their body will always sing with more freedom, more resilience, and more longevity. This isn't about fixing you. It's about returning to yourself.

This is for you if:

You feel the call toward something deeper than technique. You're ready to stop treating your body like a tool and start working with it.

  • You are a professional singer, voice student, or singing teacher who wants a sustainable, long-term relationship with your voice.

  • You're tired of constant tension and want to release it from the root — not just manage it.

  • You want to feel connected, present, and alive on stage — not just technically correct.

  • You've struggled with performance anxiety, perfectionism, or the emotional weight of this career.

  • You crave a community where vulnerability is welcome and nobody is pretending to have it all figured out.

  • You want tools for the whole picture: the body, the breath, the emotions, the mind.

This is not for you if...

You're looking for a quick fix, or you believe the voice exists separately from the body and the emotions. This work asks you to slow down, to feel, and to trust a process that unfolds from the inside out. If you're content with the status quo, that's okay — but this isn't your space. Yet.

"There is a sustainable way to do this job. It begins with the decision to dedicate part of your journey to yourself, not just to technique and business."

How we work together:

A flow, not a formula.

Each month is a living, breathing experience — not a fixed curriculum. Here is the shape of it:

1
Return to the body
Fascia release, breath work, somatic movement, and Vocal Yoga to release what the body is holding — so the voice has space to breathe freely again.
2
Reconnect with the voice
Primal voice work, resonance exploration, and embodied singing practice. From the feet to the crown of your head. The whole body sings!
3
Integrate and sustain
Community calls, personal coaching, and space to ask your real questions, so this work becomes a way of living with your voice, not just a class you attend.

What's included:

Everything you need, nothing extra.

5 live online sessions per month
Movement, breath and voice experienced together. Recorded and available on demand so you never miss a session.
Monthly
community call
Bring your real questions and receive direct support from Cecilia, in a space where no question is too small or too vulnerable.
24/7 access to the community hub
The Teachable platform keeps all recordings, resources and your community in one place, accessible from the app anytime.
Monthly specials and bonuses
Themed workshops, guest sessions, and curated extra, to keep our practice alive and evolving.

"It was like coming home".

A SINGER INSIDE THE MOVING VOICE

There was a time when I was pushing through extreme acid reflux, chronic neck and shoulder tension, exhaustion that no amount of sleep would fix. I was doing everything "right" and still felt disconnected: from my voice, from my body, from myself.

I kept coming back to the same question: what if instead of pushing harder… I started listening more?

That question changed everything. It led me to Vocal Yoga, somatic movement, mindfulness, and embodied practice, and eventually to creating The Moving Voice. This is the space I wish had existed when I needed it most.

Today I can say something I couldn't say before: I feel at home in my voice and my body. Not because everything is perfect, but because I have learned to be present with what is, to trust the signals my body sends, and to meet myself with curiosity instead of frustration. That is what I wish for you, too.

What makes this work different is bringing together the lived experience of a professional opera singer with deep training in Vocal Yoga, somatic movement, and mindfulness. I don't teach from theory. I teach from the path I have already walked, and am still walking, every day.

  • Opera singer · 10+ years performing as soloist and ensemble member

  • Vocal Yoga teacher, trained with Heather Lyle

  • Feminine Embodied Flow teacher, trained with B. Mazza & F. Maio

  • Yoga for Musicians teacher, trained with Katharina Giegling

  • Mindfulness facilitator, trained with Vocal Health Education

  • Vinyasa Yoga teacher, trained with Kale & Cake

Come home to your voice and body.

A monthly space to return to your body, your breath, and the voice that lives inside you: freely, sustainably, and with real support.
