Bloom Your Voice Retreat

A grounding space for singers and voice professionals to reconnect body and voice:
beyond perfectionism, pressure, and performance.

May 2027
Vierfalt Hof

How often do you find yourself disconnected from your own voice and body? Engaging in negative self-talk, comparing yourself to others, and feeling inadequate?

You constantly seek externally for what already exists within you...

All you truly need is time, space, and the courage to let it emerge.

What if I told you it’s possible to reconnect your voice, body and mind,
and enjoy the outcome without judgment?

It’s not just about technique. It’s about navigating:

  • Perfectionism → the constant pressure to “get it right.”

  • Adrenaline crashes → the high after a show, followed by exhaustion.

  • Travel fatigue → long tours, irregular routines, never enough grounding.

  • Fear of being sick → when your voice feels fragile, and your career depends on it.

Here, you’ll learn how to:

  • Release tension that builds up in body and voice.

  • Stay grounded on stage and off.

  • Reconnect to your voice without judgment or fear.

  • Find sustainable practices to support your art and wellbeing.

This retreat is not just another appointment, but an investment that gives you more time back: by helping you sleep better, get sick less often, and sustain the physical and mental energy your career demands.

About me

Cecilia Gaetani

Opera singer, singing teacher, vocal yoga teacher, yoga for musicians teacher, moved country during the pandemic, extremely determined, funny, spontaneous and emotional. I love nature, coffee, deep talks and a slower aware life.

Why do I do it?

There was a time when I was pushing through extreme acid reflux, chronic neck and shoulder tension, exhaustion that no amount of sleep would fix. I was doing everything "right" and still felt disconnected: from my voice, from my body, from myself.

I kept coming back to the same question: what if instead of pushing harder… I started listening more?

That question changed everything. It led me to Vocal Yoga, somatic movement, mindfulness, and embodied practice, and eventually to creating Canta con Cecilia. This is the space I wish had existed when I needed it most.

Today I can say something I couldn't say before: I feel at home in my voice and my body. Not because everything is perfect, but because I have learned to be present with what is, to trust the signals my body sends, and to meet myself with curiosity instead of frustration. That is what I wish for you, too.

What makes this work different is bringing together the lived experience of a professional opera singer with deep training in Vocal Yoga, somatic movement, and mindfulness. I don't teach from theory. I teach from the path I have already walked, and am still walking, every day.
