Welcome to this special 2-hour workshop: an immersive experience through voice and yoga. We'll be diving into the world of sound, incorporating sound meditation techniques to enhance relaxation, focus, and inner balance. Through guided voice exploration, you'll discover how different tones and vibrations can profoundly influence your state of mind and emotional well-being.

This workshop is a gift to yourself, to help connect you to your voice, to feel calm, present, aware, to be conscious of tensions and to learn how to deal with them.

You will step into a safe space where you can take care of your voice, mind, breath, and body. We will share two hours together and you are welcome as professional singer, student, instrumentalist and vocal enthusiast.

This workshop, combined with SingYoga’s practices, will equip you with simple yet powerful routines you can do at home or on tour if you are traveling around. You’ll learn how to stay connected to yourself, accept your feelings, and avoid the pitfalls of performing on autopilot. Together, we’ll also address common challenges in the singing world, such as perfectionism, external pressures, fears, and comparison. Every workshop will have a special theme. This will be our focus, our Northern Star.
